Community Support

We support members of the Sikh community facing discrimination or difficulties in the workplace due to their religious beliefs or practices, including matters relating to the wearing of the Kirpan, articles of faith, or religious expression.

We also assist members of the community experiencing transnational repression, intimidation, harassment, or threats linked to foreign actors. Where appropriate, we help individuals connect with the correct government and support services while taking reasonable steps to protect their identity and privacy.

In cases involving concerns of foreign interference or community safety, we may assist by helping individuals navigate the appropriate reporting pathways, including referrals or engagement with relevant Australian authorities such as the Australian Federal Police and the Department of Home Affairs.
